Vitality Chiropractic P.C. is not a typical chiropractic office. Hiawatha IA chiropractor Dr. Justin Otto is certified in the Reflex Activated Leg Technique (ReA.L.™). This combines a unique system of analysis with gentle, low-force adjustments by hand and neuro-sensitivity/allergy treatments for health issues that are not handled by chiropractic care alone.
Many of our patients have been referred by others who received the results they were looking for with our care. Dr. Otto takes his time delving into the root cause of your unresolved health issues. Once obstructions to healing and regulation are discovered, they can be corrected to facilitate proper healing and regulation by the body. Our approach encompasses all three levels of obstruction – physical, chemical, emotional – and is very different from most chiropractic offices.
Our Services
We begin with a specific analysis in which Dr. Otto literally asks your body what is wrong and what it needs. He does this with a cortical reflex of the body called the Reactive Leg Reflex or Muscle Response Testing (Applied Kinesiology).
Chiropractic Care
The master controller of your body is your nervous system, which is what allows your brain and body to communicate. Chiropractic care is a natural healthcare method that seeks to diagnose active nerve system interference (called subluxations) and correct the interference through chiropractic adjustments.
